We do not offer refunds for digital products, downloadable tools, coaching sessions, or membership access unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes (but is not limited to) templates, trainings, masterclasses, challenge replays, or membership content.
However, we care about your experience and want you to feel confident in your decision. In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund if you can show evidence of completing the work and still receiving no value. This does not include a change of mind, time commitment, or lack of implementation.

Clearly explain why the program was not helpful to your situation
